Steve Jobs - Stay Hungry stay Foolish - concept

Share

Hey guys! Long time no see ^^
I've been super busy with college, doing 2D+3D animation, 3D games, concept art, sound studies, Voice acting, and tons of research :o
As as I was almost done with my homework i decided to do a drawing on one of the messages I've heard in class, by Steve Jobs. The message was "Stay hungry, stay foolish". Those words stroked me pretty hard. So as I reflected more about them, I painted this picture here, in which we can see how Steve is thinking about the future, in the creation of Pixar and next, right after being fired from Apple inc. I decided to paint Apple in a dark aura, suggesting sadness and this void I guess...
I also made sure to include an arrow clearly pointing both down and at Steve, because very obviously Apple suffered a huge loss by firing Steve Jobs. On the other side, of Steve (the side he is looking at) we get an look at what his visions are, ofc I'm well aware that he didn't plan Pixar to develop into such a big company, nor the film of Toy story, that's why I made it so there are Paths which eventually end in big things.

I know this is is not what i usually paint, but I thought it was a message worth painting.
Also if you are new to my art and you like what you see, make sure to Comment and +Follow me here on Newgrounds of on Deviant-art (still by the same name)- in which I contain a much extensive gallery.

Anyway - Thanks for stopping by! Hope you enjoy :D
