Little background story:

Jenny(girl above), was born with a unique negative mutation, all her organs where too small and close to each other, making her sense anything around her (as in vibrations in the air) and let her determine the shape of whatever/whoever caused them...The body size problem, made it so she was almost all the time in a hospital and rarely allowed to go outside, so for the first 9 years if her life she was unable to move a her legs and barely move her arms. That made her so sad and jealous of other kids that she tried to take her own life multiple times.
But change was in the way...
One day, another mutant called "Number 1" (there are so far 25 mutants, ranked up from 25 being the least powerful to 1 the most dangerous one), who has an IQ level of 466! The two girls met, and Number 1 promised Jenny, that she would give her a new body if she had become her best, only and ever lasting friend. Jenny accepted and was taken to a secret government facility, in which after 8 months, Number 1 had created a whole new and unique body for Jenny, which would allow her to run at the crazy speed of 8,000 Km/h normal - 22,000 tops, earning her the name of "Number 6" the fastest girl on earth.
