Hello guys! :D
What you see here is Mutant #012 (created by the same scientist who gave 09 her regenerating powers -- the blonde guy you see above)
Finally she will save just enough strength to step up at h
With the simple touch of her hand she blasts his brain with tons of electricity (her power is to channel electricity from objects from random directions into her own body and back out to a specific point)
The drawing was done on paper (is one of the many i want to upload from my sketchbook)

I used Photoshop CC 2014 to paint it;
Time: 43 min (from sketch to colouring)
