I like the elaborate clothing and warmer look.

It goes without saying that this looks EXACTLY like what a user of ice/frost-focused magic would look like. Complete with blues of different shades, puffy cloud/snow like whites, and a sparkly mid-section that has a watery see thru effect that makes a skirt/leggings combo.

And the mages’ dark skin kinda accentuates the lighter colors she’s wearing and the background. Also, the ice crystals could be jems or special magic ice held in their places on the staff and at the peak of the hat makes a nice finishing touch!
