This is an oldie back from 2003.

Final product created with Photoshop CS, with Wacom Graphire 2 tablet and mouse.

Ann Optima is the villainess from the "Ideal Soldier: The Athena Project" (formerly Uniwar) novel I am writing. She was supposed to appear in the old Uniwar Flash games, but I added her to the story after I gave up on Flash. It's been nine years since Uniwar first appeared in the NG portal.
