I'm no expert

I'm no expert here, but I love art and I like this a lot. It has that desolate and abandoned feeling to it. My personal opinion is that you shouldn't add any orange or yellow, it'd take away the feeling to it.

to much of grey

try adding some (not alot) yellow and orange in the far backround like around the horizon, not much. this is a wasteland is it not? also some more detail for the person. one thing thats bothering me about the man is his head. the mask is large and the hood is small. also his body is kinda to small for his head. i like it, but it has some issus with detail and size.

It depends of your monitor. I made and uploaded this at school and there are no greys that are pure grey, they are all colored. However, when I came home and it looked more desaturated on my monitor. Also I see what you mean but the head is not too big, it might be hard to see be the gas mask is delimited in the shadows, but since it's very dark it might look as the whole head depending again of the monitor.
