although i was no doubt going to draw a gorillaz pic at some point it was comicretard who requested it.
gorillaz are one of my all time favourite bands certainly my all time favourite non-heavy metal band.
this drawing is my first fully finished digital drawings on newgrounds. more digital work will be coming but i am not giving uop on the hand drawn stuff.

Jamie Hewlett is one of my favorite artists. I love how you captured his style, while still making it your own. I noticed you've opted for "rounded" edges instead of Hewlett's straight and sharp lines. Gorillaz are my favorite non-heavy metal band as well; there's such musical diversity in their songwriting, you can't pidgeonhole them into a single genre.
