Due to her hair-style and her eye(s),she somewhat reminds me of X-tan,the mascot of 4chans paranormal board.

I like this, would be cool as a char in a game =)
However on the right leg you could have shaded the right side to make it match the rest. And adding some shade on the hair would have been nice. However, good job!
