"Boy you meanin to make a trade outta that?"
A young talent arises and we shroud his emerging image with despair and pain.
In layman's terms, this piece explores the common issue many individuals have with others pursuing artistic/ high-talent careers.
Btw, this one is 100% hand done instead of the laquer thinner transfer method I did on the others.
I think I say this a lot when commenting on art pieces, but I mean it. The drawing style, although not the most realistic, looks excellent (I wasn't sure until I read your comment whether or not these were real photos). You put so much detail into this. It's amazing.
The large picture is covering up the face of the guitarist so I can see where "shroud" comes in, but what is the picture of and who is the girl? Is it suppose to represent the idea that people think if you try and pursue an artistic career, you will end up in poverty (the house in the picture looks worn down?) Even if this picture doesn't get a whole lot of attention, I think you should be proud of it. You have great talent.
Yeah you have the right idea! Thanks for your review!
