ive got to express my emotions in this.
I must say denzel, i know you arent the type to want detailed reviews, thats why I dont write many to you. Recently, however, ive noticed Twix has been drawing some awesome sketches so i was influenced to share my thoughts about what I truly think about your art as well and maybe you can appreciate it or something idk.
First off, the simple color scheme makes it look dark and creepy like as if it were something that lurks in the shadows of the night getting ready to pin you to the ground, howl a vicious howl into the air with its mouth gapping open, slime dripping onto your face, and then it repeatedly stabbing you with its tail and ripping your face and stomach with its mouth and sword.
The simplicity of it makes it seem so raw and original. It comes from the mind of someone who is abstract and has a style of their own that no one can really put their finger on and compare to anybody else. They might come up with some random guy from the 1800s but in reality you are one of a kind.
Not jsut this art piece, but all of your art is trully reflecting your inner mind and how you want to create, how you want to start something, how you want to appeal to the general public with values of shock, terror, and vicious rape scenes. You want to make something so surreal, so violent, so shocking, yet so enjoyable at the same time. Maybe you could work on a flash movie using the monstrous characters you have created. Make them creep down the dark hallways of an abandoned house, filled with a handful of people searching for the secrets of the universe. Have the house in space, on top of a floating island.
Never ever say you arent a good artist. Hell, you should be telling urself your a fantastic artist. Your a poet. You are a starving poet. You are udnerrated and misunderstood. You are will.
Perhaps this flash movie we are working on now will be a good break from your inclosed mind of oblivion and terror, it will be good to close your bars for a nice project for once. But dammnn i love your style.
