This is Lucille in her normal outfit when she is not in the human world. The trident is actually her father's weapon. Her father is sealed inside as punishment for the great rebellion. Fun fact Lucille is one of the rulers of hell. Hell itself is divided into territories ruled by very powerful overlords. When an overlord goes to earth often upsetting the balance of power or to make deals. When said overlord is asked "if they are the devil", they reply "yes". That's how the whole "devil has many names" thing came from. Because of huge power shifts and disturbances, any resident of hell isn't allowed to set foot into the human realm anymore. There is a loop hole though and that's if demon or overlord is summoned for contracts only then a demon/devil is allowed on earth for the duration of contract but only restricted to the terms of said contract.
