I had a dream about this. It took place inside a 16-bit world and when I woke up I knew I had to draw it or I would never forgive myself. There's more to the design than this, but I think it manages to convey the basic idea well enough.

Looks like it could be a pixel horror game like Mad Father or Crooked Man.

Shit, I gotta start drawing some of the freaky shit I dream
At least by my dream standards this was rather tame, but I still had the impression it would make a good game concept.
