EDIT - Well it's the deadline and so far there's been only 140 votes, a good rally though, so here's at least the translation of what she's saying in English: "Ah! It's so warm!"

It's a bit of a pun with the title, but I think it would be more fun to leave it up to your imagination.

what kind of anime is this?
Hibari is from an upcoming Nintendo 3DS game called Senran Kagura: Shoujotachi no Shinei (which translated means "Blazing Revolutionary Dancers (or possibly Flash Dance War): Portrait of Girls". It is a 2.5D action game that jumps between side-scrolling brawls and 2D fighting that appears similar to the Narutimate Hero series in terms of gameplay, but focuses on a lot of bouncy fanservice and the all-female cast only lose their ability to fight once their clothing gets shredded beyond decency.
It doesn't look like it'll be anything particularly ground breaking in terms of gameplay, but it's by far the most risque title coming out for the 3DS in the next few months.
