I really enjoy your style of having neon-ish lights that blow and make the "night seem alive".

This piece really expresses a feeling of emptiness and depression, which is good since that's what you wanted! I do feel the right half of the drawing seems rather empty, similar to an awkward camera angle. I guess maybe the character could be less on the left.
