A job well done, indeed! The contrast in the imagery and focus between the fore, mid and background makes the work stronger. The sense of desolation and ruggedness really pops out, and the fact that the viewer get a nearby perception of what the armored individual/knight sees makes this location all the more realistic and identifiable- sucks you into this scene, that is. I feel like I'm really there, and can touch the desolation that is in this work. The realism of the armor of the knight really stands out, and he really feels determined to the task before him. Again, a job well done.
