I believe your last drawing wasn't nearly enough effort as this one. Clearly you put some work into this and i'm glad for you. The fog you have going on in the background really surprised me. You know how to make fog, something not a lot of people can draw properly.
Being that I was never really into the whole madness apathy thing, still I find the animation a bit good. Really no major complaints here this time. The guy looks like he's ready to slaughter people. Compared to that last drawing I'd say this is the kind of stuff you should focus on. You got talent my friend. Peace

As for the fog, this was a first time try (honestly). So I guess I was lucky on that part :]
