Saved By The Balls

So I started creating this game last year. I made a bunch of game art and this fake advertisement. Well one thing lead to another and I put it on hold for a while, (in fact I planned to abandon the game all together) . Anyway, lately I have been thinking of finishing it. If you are an old school NG member you might recognize the title of the game. Originally my game was going to be just called 8-bit Saved By The Bell, but I did a search for flash SBTB games and found this gem on Newgrounds named saved by the balls, and thought it would be a nice reference to it. So while this game isn't directly linked to that predecessor, I did adopted some ideas from it that I really liked and modified my game slightly as a result from play it.

Recently I watched an episode of saved by the bell and was trying to figure out why I liked it when I was a teen, but I quickly remembered when I saw Kelly in some ridiculously revealing spandex.

There's actually already a game titled saved by your balls were you roe play as one of the saved by the bell students as you whore yourself out to get money xP

I actually would love to see this happen.

I mean just imagine what this game would be like. A platformer with an LJN feel to it (Only with out the crap), a fighting game? The possibilities are endless. I bet Mockery or Tom Fulp would work on something like this considering they did a parody of the roon.

That said this is an authentic looking piece of art and I like how you captured the 80's advertising style.

I too liked Saved By The Bell as a teen and don't know why. Ad looks awesome. I look forward to checking this out. Keep up the awesome work :D
