This is raw!
I think you made a good choice by minimizing the colour in the background. While simultaneously using the moonlight to emanate onto him. Can't keep my eyes of this piece.

Reminds me of Gargoyle's Quest (assuming that I'm not the only person who's familiar with it).
I definitely enjoy your usage of warm colors for this with subtle cool highlights. To be honest, I'm not very familiar with your stuff so far except for that SOPA Got Fingered game. Aside from that, it's very appreciative of you to use some negative space, which helped out with the staging. I think more people should learn something about clear staging/composition on here. By the way, is that Telebubby Fun Land remake done yet?
One more thing, don't review your own work unless you want to give people the wrong impression.
You sure know your stuff! ( I am not being sarcastic)
Man this is a badass picture, my favourite of yours so far. Oh, and how the fuck did you manage to review your own work?
Thanks dude! Yeah, apparently the RicePirate is to popular you have to respond to him twice :P
Oh lordy, I was so ready to love this pic when I saw it on your news post. I really like the linework and the colours, especially from the lightsources in front of the orc and behind it. Really great.
One thing that niggles me is the position of his rear leg a little awkward, since it's a bit screwy with the perspective (the size of the foot and angle of the leg, compared to its position on the ground) and his pose: looks like he's fit to topple and squash the hobbits.
A grand piece, nonetheless. Looking forward to more.
Thanks man! I am looking forward to showing you more!
Thanks RicePirate! Yeah, I like the line art more than the coloring.
Thanks DeathInk I am glad you like it...wait a min WTF? :D
