In the Dark - 'It Creeps'

#4 of the "In the Dark" frames I am doing titled 'It Creeps'.
All frames are originally 4000x4000 (Shrank to NG stats) and done in Photoshop CS5 with a black starter background and digital airbrushed in a low Opacity/Flow white paint. No pre-sketch done before, just a blank black background and go from there.
