Gritty and dark, very well constructed
Visually impressive, shows a very gritty take on the future and executes it brilliantly. Nice use of colour and dimension. Right down to the nipple there's a good sense of realism but then a sense of sci-fi which is an awesome feat to accomplish.

Yeah
Like this aint something freaky to see, I swear this deserves to be in a game so badly. I like how you added the bar code across the forehead. I also like how incredibly futuristic it looks, but it looks like a possible future, not something ridiculous.
