Hmm...my internet went down for a while, opened up PS and used one brush, and just drew this, with a freaking mouse (I really need a tablet DX). /x/ tan, the unofficial mascot for the Paranormal board in 4chan, yes now I have gone to the chans. Also seriously, drawing with a mouse is ridiculous.
Good potential...
The color choices and style of brush used really match the theme of the character you've got here. I like how the mischievous looking skull on the girl's shirt counterbalances the ominous one in the background.
Also, don't worry about using a mouse; many great animations and artwork on this site were made with using just a mouse alone! Tablets are serious business...
Try Adobe Illustrator next time!
