Alright so here is another drawing, done in Photoshop this time with like...more attention I guess. I used the mouse again since I really don't got a tablet. But erm...yeah I added like a little shading and stuff to this one, gave it a gaussian blur to it, probably not the best idea for it...but didn't know how to get a blue effect with only the brush tool. Also yeah, the weird goofy, noodly arm was intentional, since I really was going for something cartoony.
