Very good

This is my first review, hope I don't sound like a moron. I love this picture, the foreground is so simple but it provides enough detail to be believable, however I think the background should have had more detail put into it. I'm guessing the sky is supposed to be starry but it appears too blurry to me.

The girl came out nearly perfect, I only see 3 flaws with her. First, her left butt cheek appears very... edgy compared to her right, or top compared to bottom. She is in the middle of the snow so I would imagine that she is very cold, and nipples become stiff when exposed to cold air. I imagine the nipple covered by the scarf would show up just a tiny bit through the cloth.
Last thing I see is the absence of gravity... her earing is stuck straight out but she is laying down, so the earing should be hanging down over her face, and I think her breasts should be sinking or sagging towards the ground.
