I thought this was fitting for my 357th review lol
Okay so.. once again I tried to model a revolver in 3D .. previously I never managed to get it right at all..
BUT I believe I got some of it right now :D.. rather satisfied with it.. however. I had a hard time picking a color for the metal.. and what kind of metal material.. like I also liked the carbon black idea but this one caught my attention due to its reflection.
If anyone wants to see this again with a different material just lemme know!

I want to see this again as a rustic material, it looks like the boards are real because I see little ridges on the planks and can you tell me if the bullets are empty or not? It’s hard to tell. (I know this post is old but ima comment)
HOLY SHAT!!!
THAT is a really DAME nice revolver-dalver, looks like u took pic of it on the floor and posted it here... that even possible?dont care i just love this so much!!! the shiney metal is best part the case'es are pretty good 2 EPIC JOB MAN! :D
Damn! thanks allot man :D wouldn't imagine someone believing this looks like the real thing.. cheers! and I just rushed the cases after I was done.. should've been unfired ones but oh well! thanks again
The model is superb!
I like how clean the model is! The only downside are the materials. I'm sure if you add a bright background or a sky, and give the metal material a reflection and raise the hardness on the specularity, it would look alot better! :)
Good work!
Thanks! and yeah.. I kinda lacked effort into making surroundings.. I actually had to put in that wooden board because without anything at all it wouldn't reflect at all so it would just be a dark blur with really bright edges xD but i'll be posting a new one..
Quite good!
Good detail, shading, reflections, and textures. keep up the good work!
Cheers man! will do
