Well this started pretty much randomly, was trying to create a character to go allong with a weapon I drew not too long ago but eventually turned out different xD..
So yeah this is what I ended up making.
Oh, and yes ,the collar is unusually bigger / taller .. whatever ,so no he isn't missing a neck or anything xD

the helmet looks a little wonky, but that's my only nitpick. I'm sure Japan wished they had these in WW2, lol.

Well its not really a helmet xD its a mask but you might be a bit deceived by his collar wich is the unusual part ,it reaches the top of his head
