A 5 colour piece for an art forum post.
The Podplant, when fully matured, will bear quarter-summerly harvests of edible spores. Extensive fields of these plants exist all across the world to feed growing cities and communities.
EDIT: in Light of LegolaSS and his comment I have made a couple revisions. This was never meant to be a masterpiece, just something to wean myself into colour theory. More rough than anything else.
reminds me of them old pictures...
the style is really sweet... very crisp and simple... but it looks a bit sloppy in other parts.. the clouds let it down a heap... and pods in the distance break up and look blob like... cool idea and style... but sadly let down in other places...
good idea, poor execution... ok well im not very good with colouring yet so I'll keep this in mind while making new pictures! Thanks!
