Now this was some beautiful work you have here really nice and really beautiful the hair and her expression is just very real and deep you really bring out the details like the background the candles in the background could be glowing a little more with a bit of sparkle in the distance anyways nice work

My interpretation of Morticia. The devoted elegant mother with a fetish for sadistic romance. Oh Morticia how much of a beauty you are.
I've always loved Carolyn Jones as Morticia and not Anjelica Huston..probably because of my love for round faced woman...
So this is painted in adobe photoshop using my wacom intuos 5 and took about 13 hours in total. and used a reference for the hands.

The background is dull, but being out of focus means it's not the subject of the picture.
Always was an Addams Family fan, but my mother is far more familiar with the television series than I am. What I have seen of it, however, I must say that I prefer Carolyn's portrayal because the perky goths are more approachable and Mrs. Huston's attempt fell short.
This one should get Front Page, if people had a thought in their brain.
