A charming piece. :D

I love the use of colours and your attention to lighting is superb (I find that it's noticeable by looking at the plants on the right.) The way you've executed the shadows is spot on, too.
I like the idea behind this illustration, too. It makes a change from the usual action and violence expected from warrior figures, and instead places her in an innocent frame. A nice concept for a protagonist.

Also, the way you've drawn the pet panda looks as if he's giving me a sly look out of the corner of his eye, which deserves a star in itself. :D

Did you use a tablet to draw this up? So many artists seem to use them nowadays, and I'm sat here with my pen and pencil wondering what they're like. :P

thankyou! yes I tried portraying a different vision of a female "warrior" It was really fun to make. :)
and yes I use a tablet to draw...don't feel bad if you don't have one, I started out digital painting using a mouse only..it was after years that I got a tablet to continue my professional career honestly...
