You two should continue doing this, your styles meld together so well. Absolutely love the character design, especially the fading of the cape.

another amazing collab with my precious sissy, Rita! She did the character design and I painted and we both came up with the concept :)
painted in photoshop and took about 8 hours in total.

aahh how i love great arts like this! but let me tell you about my opinion. to me, the 2/3 part of the right is, well you could say, "amazing". but the other 1/3 part, which is the left side, need a little bit more details. because of this, the illustration has more "weight" to the right, or you could say, the right part of the picture is more attention-grabbing.

thankyou so much! <3 well yes, I did that intentionally. I wanted people to just look at his face (left side) so they would see that he is smiling even though he has spears stabbed in his back. the right side didn't matter a lot since the concept was just to make his cape seem like a ghostly aura. Our aim was mostly his face and expression, that's why I didn't detail the right side :)
The character design is very cool. The background and sky stands out as just that needed factor- a scene of desolation and chaotic nature, and the coloration only enhances that. The character's magic abilities really do stand out, but this character really seems to be on a quest for more, this location a weigh station, the need to travel on is strong.

thankyou so much! well, the character is originally created by us. He is one of the five Gods that rule the universe. Each with their own curse and darkness to balance the good. This one is the God of Jinx where he is always burdened by a curse and unfortunate matters. However, he is quite sly and manipulative, and able to turn bad circumstances for his own good. That's why we decided to make him smiling and moving forward, rather than having a sort of depressed, surrendered look :)
