I felt like drawing a Goth-like version of a Human Fluttershy.
(self crit) I forgot to shade her shoes ^_^;;;
THE CLASSIC EMO PONY. *Dude off of ASDF* Classic.
Overall this is good but you could try to do some cleaner lines and focus a tad more on anatomy (I'm aware this is chibi, praportions are not the issue here). Hope this was helpfull.
Definitely an interesting variation of one of my favorites. The lack of shading on her footwear gives a sort of Halloweeny pastel look that suits the image flawlessly. Great job.
