I've put over 50 hours into playing "The Binding of Isaac" by Edmund McMillen...I highly recommend it to anyone.

So while I was playing the other day I encountered an enemy I've seen a hundred times called the "Mulligan" that is basically a kid like you but with a big bloated fly infested head that cries and runs away when it sees you. On this occasion I dropped a bomb and the Mulligan ran over to it and just stood there and let itself get blown up as if to end the pain or something...I was inspired to do up some CG art because of that...

And here it is, modeled and rendered in Maya, details in zbrush, textures in photoshop.
