Unintended consequences.
The crease in the page makes this painting for me. It fits perfectly and somehow enhances the entire scene.

haha, thanks. I'll look into that in the future
Huh...
You must be fond of the whole split portrait style huh? What is this, the fourth? Ah, it doesn't matter. They never get old. I love how you make it so that it's just clear enough to make out as a certain scenery or object. But out of the subject of this piece, i have a question. So many great pieces of your art, but none include people. I'm not trying to be hypercritical, just i think you have the talent to do so. People can be dark. Some can be darker than just scenery alone. Anyway, good job. Waiting for more.
truth is
I suck at drawing people. I try but I can't find ways to make them fit in to scenes, look natural and convey emotion.
thats a lot to ask for but I have taken the easy way out on a lot of my artwork. The ones with people usually aren't the best.
now that you say that you have me thinking, you may see some people in some of my newer art.
also I totally agree with you, all my drawings look pretty desolate
Paragraphs...urgh...
Don't be afraid of the first nine i gave you; this one's a bit...blurry is all. It has a nice flow...up the stream and then up the trees, but everything else sorta...yeah. Of course, this one has its own unique advantages, like the excellent texture and fade-away on the trees, but there's almost no contrast, sans the stream and page divider. So, it would be a good Wallpaper, but not much of an impactful showpiece.
But I love it anyway, and a good night to you. 5/5 [ but 9/10 ;) ]
cool
your stuff is great! im a fan
thanks, I'm going to do more if I have the time
