Origin: Martin used to be another aspiring circus clown, living alone in his little trailer, until "the Outbreak" took place in 2018, and exposure to the unearthly elements stunted Martin's abilities. Physically and comically.
Abilities: Being the life of any party, Cackles can defy all laws of physics in a cartoonish fashion, coupled with super-sonic laughter.
