Beautiful Texture

Bright, hard, tacky, layered. There's so much texture in the coloring and shading of this thing. With all that neon, the subject's eyes get less attention but her hair brings us right back in. We might even be forgiven for avoiding her breasts.

I will note--perhaps foolishly because this may have been your goal--but I just don't know where I'm supposed to look when I'm evaluating this thing. There doesn't seem to be an item to focus on. And with the layered background, floating text and accompanying girl, there's a lot going on and I'm not sure what you're showcasing.

I like it and hate it

But I grade based on how well something is done. The chick looks creepy and hot, but not creepy-hot.... not sure how to explain that. Her left eye looks like it is just glancing past the viewer. But I can't tell if that is suppose to be a shadow or a black aura behind her, mostly due to the lack of contrast of the colors fading into a shadow if that is what it is, or the lack of fade in the front if an aura, but if a rising aura, then it follows her curves at her back too well. But it is still a great pic.
