Redid an old character.
I kinda tried to come up with an explanation for his hands. I figured, well if they catch on fire, they'd eventually burn so it'd be kinda like coal sorta..which is how the marks on his chest, and shoulders were made. Ummmm yeah and it reignites cause why not. haha anyway, hope you dig. And I think eventually he would just burn out completely. His tail and his horn must light up too since it's just like his arms. Idk I didn't really think it thru, just thought it looked different so it stuck.
