Well i'll tell ya somethin', you absolutely NAILED the face! :D
i can't really say much cos i suck, but just try and look at the lines of the manga/anime you're taking inspiration from. Most anime is a big illusion, two lines can make a huge difference in realisticness(nessness) Giving you a definite 10, because it's better than the crap i come out with xD

For starters...she(?) doesn't look like she has shoulders, and her ears are very very tiny. Chibi or not, the head is very large, and even cibis have proportions y'know.

The eyes are good, and so is the face.

Just keep practicing, you'll get there.
