A digital painting of Idolatry Close-up! Who couldn't worship that face, right!? For people who don't know who this is, it's a character in my comic book "In The Dark" which I update on DA and my Blog. Again, I don't do many digital pieces (I draw all my comic work and canvas painting traditionally with ink and acrylics) but I like to practice it whenever I get a free chance. This was done late night over the course of many late summer nights. About 12+hours

(Where's his merchandise? I see it all over in Issue 2, but I never actually see the products being sold on the In The Dark Website! I don't even think he has a button... dear lucifer, I think Gluttony has more products than him...)
When I did a poll to see if there was enough desire for Idolatry merch, it was at the very very bottom compared to all my other characters. Even Trash and Clash had more votes then him. I guess he's just not as popular in the real world, only in the comic world.

I cannot stop saying that. I am trying to learn cs4 still, and your twisted world has definitely inspired mine own, (even if yours is 10x better)

Congratulations, I already had suspicions that my cats were planning to kill me in my sleep. Now I won't be able to sleep at all.
Overall though, absolutely amazing piece, if a little disturbing... I can't really find anything to complain about, aside from the fact I have no idea what that lump of flesh hanging from his chest is... And honestly, I'm not sure I want to.
Regardless, congratz, I'm now more afraid of my own cats... and I've chosen this as my pick for my Art of the Week!

Jesus Batshit christ it's like Hello Kitty fused with the Cheshire Cat Satan (Leo and Satan version) and Mickey Mouse. Reminds me of those old Gothy drawings from the 90's and that to me is pretty fucking cool.

Ah yes well you see this is a Hellish demon character from my webcomic "In The Dark" :) He's a Sin who took on the form of a mascot called the Happy Kawaii Cat ( a parody of Hello Kitty and Mickey Mouse fused together) in order to lure anime fanatics to him and eats their souls haha. He is basically the main demon that Fibble meets in Hell (In Issue 2 anyways). And thanks glad you liked him! :)
