100x100 Pixel Version of my new dA-icon.

Frames created in Photoshop CS4, animated in Animake.
Two hours, 16 frames.

Does anyone know a software to automatically scale it down to 50x50 Pixel? Animake always gives me a black background in the process and I don't want to make every frame manually again. :<
