I'm not familiar with that meme, so I don't really get it. Even after watching it, I'm not too sure it's a proper meme, never seen it before and I don't really get it. Probably an inside thing from Stateside that I'm not familiar with.
Either way, nice cartoony style, not very detailed, with absolutely no shading or lighting, which I could wish for.
You're right, this is a meme spreading over on deviantART, but I ahven't seen it somewhere else yet. But Trollface was also at dA. :D
