BTW, you've got the most of that lined paper. the blue lines smugded by the water blend with the picture perfectly... Maybe the color "blue" got stuck in your head when creating the picture(I suppose that's why the guy wears an eskimo-like coat).

Cool and colorful

I really like how playful and colorful this picture is. I think it'd be better if it wasn't drawn on lined paper though. :( The colors really go well together, and I love this guy's outfit! The weird shapes in the background need some color imo, but overall nice work!
