Chlorine, though a member of the Synvasion force, likes to work alone and for good reason! He emits a highly toxic gas from his mouth that can cover towns and cities in minutes flat. Anyone who comes in contact with it will be paralyzed and knocked out, eventually leading to death if a vaccine isn't administered in the next few minutes. Chlorine can also manipulate the toxic mist, transforming it and solidifying it into giant hands used for punching. What else he can do with it has yet to be seen.
