This is Bromine's true form: a monstrous element that can transform himself and everything around him! He can invade the dreams of other elements and can alter them to his whim, making them as convincing or nightmarish as possible!

I like it
but I think his right "ear" is a little to big and
it comes halfway down his mouth (the connection to his head).
What program did you use?

Cogmoses responds:

I used both SAI and Photoshop to color this. I think you're referring to the left ear, and I actually did mean for it to connect to the side of his head that low! It's the same for the other ear, but his head is slightly turned, so you can't see it. Probably explains why the left ear looks a little bigger.

Be careful when you are messing with vectors that arent fully opaque and stacking them on top of each other, especially gradients, it looks bad. The background though is pretty nice.

Cogmoses responds:

If it's the highlighting or the symbols you're talking about, then yeah, I kinda goofed on those. I was trying to make like a dim strobe effect with the symbols, while still having them imprinted on a smooth surface like the cape, and I thought that highlight would accentuate that even more. But, I guess not! <XD Anyways, thanks for the tip.
