Cool Drawing. Nice Use Of "Shade Viewing". I'll Have To Look Up That Game Too.
When I was a kid, I used to spend lots and lots of tokens in this odd jewel called Rastan , I finished once only .
the credits Yoshinori Kobayashi director,Nenko Nishimura game designer, all respective credits to TAITO Japan 1987 their owners.
brilliant game if you ever play it , you can find it in old platform simulators. If I ever see it in an arcade I´ll buy it. brings memories of how gaming was back then, smell of pop corn, corn dogs "kids smell" if you know what I mean , chewing gum and blisters in the fingers from hitting the buttons ( only two!) I am not sure but it was influenced by all sorts of sources, Conan the barbarian the movie came out in 1982 and then the skeletons remind me of Jason and the Argonauts... I left the almost chibby look in the characters to honor the makers and only used colors from the screen shot, considering I made it in 9 hours tops . I just wanted to participate, cheers to all!
I started on the 19th....
