“Exodus 14:14”
“The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.”
Powerful words to a terrified group of captives, pinned between the sea and over six hundred Egyptian chariots. Where all hope seems lost, and their death is imminent, God says to Moses: “Why do you cry to me? Tell the people of Israel to go forward. Lift up your staff, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, that the people of Israel may go through the sea on dry ground.”
The sea parts, they pass through, then proceed to collapse the sea upon the army pursuing them..
“Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will work for you today..”
Whatever you are facing today, this week, this year; it may look dark, it may seem impossible, but God has not forsaken you. Call on Jesus. Trust in His Salvation of your soul, redemption of your life in this present struggle, and watch the transformation as you seek Him through His word the Bible.
