im gonna do these for all my characters - its my realism/anime fusion style that i perfected myself. They retain anime-like qualities - but you feel as if you can reach into the picture and touch them...

I have coloured variations of her submitted as well :)
pale ivory skin, light purple hair, sapphire blue eyes - greenish yellow dress, orange ribbon. And white feathers and green jewellery.
her personality is her having the weight of the world on her shoulders.

I love the detail you did with the sash and how her hair turned into feathers is wikked cool. Very nice shadding.

how do you draw heads lol. Mine either look like triangle chins or squares.

I really wanted to capture the essence of young, clean, simple elegant beauty in this pic - so I am really happy with how it turned out - smudging causes the smooth shading :) - just take a kleenex after and rub the dark parts in :)

this totaly has the full on anime style... the body is in proportion, the added cloth and folds in the clothes add more depth and the over the top headwear finishes it off nicely... i would love to see more like this... keep up the good work... :3

shes a princess - the over the top headwear substitutes for the crown :P
and yes - plenty more where this came from - although I only have done 2 of the pencil style.. it takes a long time and I prefer to do the watercolour ones first and work off of those..
