A second attempt at 'Experiment: Talon'. This is a slightly more accurate representation of him.
They really should not have chosen Talon for this experiment. It's probably the third biggest mistake they ever made.

I see in this one he looks a lot more vicious and battle-torn. Seems to be fitting. As I said, should I continue to "quote on quote" "draw" by hand or use Flash?
He might look battle-worn, but really, at this point the fight has barely started. As for your question, if you have a drawing tablet you can draw by hand straight into flash. I don't know if flash is the greatest vector art program around (it probably isn't) but it's just what I'm used to now. I use a Wacom tablet and it's great, with functions like pressure sensitivity on the drawing pen.
