Nice

And another in the series love the color here you really know how to put all the right color in all the right places and you have really made this into a successful comic series so nice job there you have some great talents hope they go farther then this and beyond anyways nice work here keep at it I look forward to seeing a bit more

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
Just keep making these

As with all weapons: it decreases the quality of our world! Deep and metaphoric, it isith. Looks like the start of an interesting tale...

Heh,so,Dave is not burning,or Carl?

I was planning on making a single review for this 'saga' of the Dave and Carl comics but with the third part of it coming out I felt like making individual ones for every one of them, hopefully they'll give you a bit of a boost on the ratings (assuming of course review scores matter).

Novel idea and actually changing the look of some panels as the weapon takes it's effects was pretty neat, it was a nice touch although it might be a bit hard to notice them if you miss the joke at the start, I see that some of your fans missed it just in the reviews section. The beam looks a tad scummy in the 8th panel but I guess that was on purpose, right? And speaking of the 8th panel, having one part of it in low quality and the bottom in normal was a nice touch.

So....blurry.....
