Dabbling with some older fractals. Drastically manhandled the frac rendering using crystal math and GIMP. Original fractal custom rendered with Apophysis.
This is amazing. I know next to zilch about fractal art or maths in general, but I just love this, especially the way it feels like a snapshot of a glitching image.
maybe it's just me, but it reminds me of Assassin's creed, with parts of the logo mixed with some animus glitches and a bit of color glitching to go with it. amazing!
Wow, thanks, man. I started with custom Sterling2 and Apophysis images and GIMPed the ever living snot out of them. It's art, so it's whatever you get out of it, but I made it about humanity being chopped up and digitized into the internet. Odd, I know. Thanks for the detailed feedback!
