Iysis' Description:
As a teen with no memory of her childhood, Vowing to "avenge" the death of her father, she was brought into C.R.O.W. and trained by Col. Crush, making her very proficient in combat, having the rank of number 9 to prove it. She accompany's President Saki and acts as a personal guard, as it would seem. She was blessed with a superior ability but, due to its regnant nature, it could be considered a curse. For that, she weilds a specially designed sword, made to give her control over her unique power.

There's that crazy shine again. And her boobs are pointed towards us for some reason. Maybe they're trying to escape from that nuclear explosion that's happening on her sword.
