a poster you say

~~REVIEW~~
Now i love posters and this one actually does look like a poster, i love your sense of "COLOR" you use it at the right times which i think really brings out your stuff such as this one with the red and black and have the colors intertwine at times, its a nice style that notmany use so props to you on this style, so as this is a poster i think, in my opinion that posters need, "BORDERS/FRAMES" or if not that like "PINS" in the corners of the poster, just an odea though, so this was pretty neat with the swords and guy but i would like to see more then one guy in there, maybe there was a fight or something, you could have one guy standing and one guy dead well something along them lines, anyways it was a pleasure reviewing this.

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
Add more characters to the scene, maybe add some borders / frames along the edges or pins as explained above

~X~

Celx-Requin responds:

Yeah a border would have been a good idea, I'll keep it in mind for any other posters I may decide to do!

Thanks,
- Celx

When is the film out?!

Well, there's a collection of scattered weapons and a guy standing there as if he's just killed each sword's master prior to the shot being made.

I think that there are a few details missing, where there could be blood (represented in black here?) dripping off the end of the sword and possibly a few bits and pieces of severed limbs being scattered about.

I like the way that it is set out, much like a film poster, only without the horrible little blurb showing who stars, directs, wrote and produced the piece, in that awful little font, that is very difficult to read when it is replicated anywhere other than the silver screen.

Celx-Requin responds:

I thought about adding blood but was on the fence about that... Seeing as it was a poster & I wanted it rated E so more people could see it should it ever be accepted to the art portal.

I plan to release the next session within a few months time,
although the session that was supposed to follow snowblind ended up getting
spliced into the new incarnation, so shattered guns will actually be the 3'rd session chronologically (confused yet?).

So if you want to see what was supposed to follow snowblind it starts at the middle of snowblind+, & it's about 2 minutes of extra animation.

Thanks for the review, and sorry for the late response!
Sincerely,
- Celx

Nice

Hey, I remember this character from a flash I reviewed. This shows that you found a very unique style that is remembered by people who watched the flash.
Honestly, your name didn't ring a bell, but now that I see this poster I instantly remembered the flash. :)

Anyway, the poster looks quite nice and it offers the same unique style your flash did. But I think the red background should be of a slightly darker shade. It really hurts the eyes when I look at the picture in full size.

Celx-Requin responds:

Yeah the character has appeared twice, once in the pulp video on "Shark Black:Snowblind +", and once in a old trailer I had up about two years ago...

I agree about the color, I should have maybe even added a red to black granite.
I think it is pretty cool you remember that video though.

Thanks for the review!
